Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platform like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android and iOS platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Responsible for Driver inventory management, relationship with drivers
- Monitoring drivers to achieve average revenue target
- Aggressively grow the portfolio of leasing product
- Ensure collections and operational conditions for the drivers are met as and when required
- Responsible for maintaining value of the asset given to the drivers; recover the assets wherever necessary
KRAs: Performance of the portfolio | Collection of payments | Login hours | Profit generated from leasing operations | Managing retention
Experience & Skills :
- Overall of 3 to 5 years.
- People Management Skills, Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.
- Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to sell/convince is crucial
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.
- FMCG/Retail experience preferred, startup experience will be an added advantage
Qualifications -
B Tech + MBA (in operations) from a reputed college.
