Olacabs - Assistant Manager - Finance

- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL

- Manage end to end Business Control function including payments, BRS/AP/AR reconciliation & settlements, month end closure, reporting and compliances

- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

- Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.

- Monthly Accruals and prepaid Amortizations, P&L and BS schedules & Accrual Analysis.

- Responsible for workings of TDS & Service Tax

- Employee Reimbursements, BRS & Inter co. reconciliations

- Handle escalation emails for vendor payments.

- Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback

- Supporting Statutory Audit & Internal Audit

- Overall experience of 6-8 years in accounting.

- Hands on experience on oracle and MS Excel.

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Should take high level initiatives to drive and grow a fast paced organization

- Team handling skills and interpersonal skills to manage multiple state holders and influence the out comes as per plans and projection

- Ensure to meet KPI /SLA for P2P process.

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders

- Should be willing to join within 30 days.

- M.com/ MBA Finance with 6-8 years relevant experience

- CA| ICWAI with 4-5-years relevant experience.

- M.Com + CA Inter or CA Inter + MBA ( Finance ) with 6-8 years of experience
