Role : Assistant Director Corporate Finance, OLA Cabs (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd)

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

M&A/BD

- Identify, track and analyse global targets to partner, invest in or acquire for all of Ola's businesses that include Mobility, Financial Services, Asset & Infrastructure Management, Food and Electric Vehicles

- Actively engage with Investment Banks, VC funds, law firms, family offices to source quality transactions for Ola Group

- Drive end-to-end execution of M&A, investment & divestiture opportunities including deal sourcing, due-diligence, IC presentations, Board reviews

- Run entire documentation process including development & negotiation of term-sheet, SHA, SPA, etc. working with the deal team and legal firms

- Responsible for tracking transaction expenses & adherence to overall Board approval and constructs of a deal

- Work with the leadership in planning and executing New Business launches in domestic and global markets

Fundraising :

- Manages Olas fund raising efforts working closely with Current and potential investors

- Manages all aspects of deal process from start to finish

- Lead due diligence including liaison with business units and enterprise functions

- Oversee and review financial modelling for strategic alignment

- Negotiate with key stakeholders on behalf of Ola

- Lead internal alignment and issue resolution on a transaction

Qualifications :

- CA/ CFA /B.Tech + MBA (Tier I institutes)

Experience and preferred previous employers/segments :

- 7+ years of experience with Investment Banking with Top IB firms, Tech focused IB Advisory, VC

- M&A experience with tech firms, Automotive companies, Digital banking space

- Financial research, Investment research

- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, etc to build quality research

- Relationships with Investors, Investment Banks in the tech space
