- To accelerate this, were investing nearly Rs 2,400 crores to build the worlds largest two wheeler factory, which will have the capacity to manufacture over 10M electric two wheelers a year and will create over 10,000 jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Building and transforming the HR function

2. Working on crafting and implementing HR strategic initiatives via technology

3. Supporting the talent acquisition team by working on program management initiatives

4. Talent Branding

5. Worked on complete Candidate experience journey

6. HR/People Analytics

Experience & Skills :

1. 8 to 12 years of Program management experience with startup experience

2. Proven track record in change management / HR transformation / HR Digitalisation

3. Strong stakeholder management (creating necessary buy-in / problem solving)

4. Data Analysis (excellent in Excel)

5. Must be a Subject Matter Expert in :

- Talent Acquisition (optional)

- Talent Branding

- Organizational development (optional)
