Ola has also introduced a range of shared mobility services on its platforms like Ola Shuttle and Ola Share for commute and ride-sharing respectively. The app is available on Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities/ KRAs:

- Formulate, Organize and Monitor inter-connected projects across all Tracks

- Act as a liaison and serve as a first-line for issue escalation on active projects

- Analyze, interpret and translate strategic plans, priorities, and objectives of the organization into programs; Conceptualize programs spanning across technology, capability, and transformation for current and future years for strategy execution; Build out the various aspects of programs such as customer, go to market, resourcing, etc.

- Provide key inputs on strategic interventions, direction, and initiatives for the business to the senior leadership of the business

- Coach, develop and upskill the team to ensure the building of a high-performance team and ensure the efficacy of program management

- Resolve projects bottlenecks and challenges and ensure completion within stipulated timelines

- Work closely with senior stakeholders for project review, status, and course corrections or improvements if any.

- Should have a firm knowledge of project and control on all deliverables

- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Business Finance, operations, etc. to drive the project to conclusion

- Should be able to influence the outcomes for better organizational growth and improved productivity

- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives & Coordinate cross-project activities

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Apply change, risk, and resource management

- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors and own KPIs

- A tactical and strategic track record for delivering data-driven results

- Innovative and people management with an understanding of Competitive Analysis


- MBA - Premier B-schools (mandatory)

Experience: 6 to 10 years of cross-functional domain experience

- Candidates with prior consulting / strategy/cross-functional program management experience of at least 3 years or in a similar role in the consumer internet industry
