OLA - Senior Associate - NOC

Roles & Responsibilities: :

- Minimum 3+ years of progressive, relevant experience and proven capability to work in a complex network environment

- We are looking for Sr Associate - Network Operations Center (NOC) to make intuitive high level decisions and has prior experience in managing 24x7 Network Operations. Prior experience in managing medium to large-sized team of direct reports supporting Network and Security Operations

- Strong networking product and technology knowledge is a must

- Prior experience and knowledge of routing and switching protocol including hands-on experience on large scale networks.

- Requires a strategic and visionary leader who can provide informed and objective counsel to top management on business issues.

- Ability to offer technical and experience-based advice to executives and subordinates.

- Communicate and coordinate network/security maintenance and schedules

- Monitor and maintain overall network stability

- Create, maintain and enforce all processes and procedures for the GOC group

- Provide leadership to the team while focusing on their efforts for the corporate objectives

- Foster teamwork across other groups such as Provisioning, Project Management, Customer Engineering and India GOC

- Provide detailed statistics on the performance of the team and; provide solutions to better their performance

- Manage internal audit process to ensure compliance with all GOC processes

- Provide direction and priority to the staff for the development of GOC tools
