- Create and execute regional business plans in accordance with the business objectives for multiple cities/states
- Responsible to deliver supply metrics including supply market share across all categories for demand fulfillment and achieve targeted NC & bookings for the cities
- Drive quality attachments & reactivations numbers from multiple channel through the team of regional sales managers and FSOs/City leads within the given SAC ( Acquisition cost)
- Monitor demand and supply metrics, competition activity and other market movements and work closely with central demand, supply and supply marketing teams for the required support for necessary interventions
- Plan and execute supply marketing initiatives along with central team for supply growth and for new attachments
- Responsible to build and manage external stakeholder relationships - channel partners, larger bulk operators, local authorities etc
- Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth - launching categories , channels for acquisitions etc
