MS Dynamics CRM Delivery Lead/ Program Manager

Job Spec :

- Must have 10 years' experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Must have atleast 3 years' experience in implementation of D365 CRM

- Must have experience of managing end to end delivery of at least 3 end to end implementations of D365 CRM, so full SDLC from concept

- Experience of business transformation and driving organizational change

- Ability to establish priorities, create business plans, blue prints, work independently and lead development of solution

- Must have Agile delivery experience

- Experience of business consolidation across multiple business units, so creating a central solution

- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with working with stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead multiple teams

- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

- Must have Project Management certification

- Must Experience in estimation, project plan preparation, project tracking, project cost control and reporting

- Must have experience in managing vendor and their delivery

CRM Delivery Lead/ Program Manager Job Spec

- Must have 10 years' experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent prior experience of package CRM implementations, i.e. Oracle or Salesforce CRM

- Must have atleast 3 years' experience in implementation of MS Dynamics CRM or equivalent CRM solution

- Must have experience of managing end to end delivery of at least 3 end to end implementations of D365 CRM or equivalent solution, so full SDLC from concept
