- Take ownership of the assigned process and work with all relevant stakeholders to meet the business goals
- Work closely with the product and care teams, understand problems and take ownership of it, conceive a well thought out solution and validate it by testing
- Share, invite critique and defend your strategies to ensure that targets are met
- Lead the key account management charter end to end including managing all internal and external stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop growth strategies for existing customers, including marketing and promotional campaigns and execute them
- Ensure customer queries and escalations are resolved within the defined timelines
- Create robust reporting systems, including dashboards and metrics to measure performance against goals
