- Drive Growth Initiatives: Design and implement initiatives to that help increase demand for Ola categories at transit hubs. This includes marketing, consumer offers and communication around these aspects. - Improve Experience: Make Ola booking process seamless at Ola places, this includes but not limited to Ola App itself. Making the ride available to the customer by using product levers is also an important part of this. - Drive Partnerships: Work with external stakeholders to drive alliances that compliment Ola places business such as ticketing partners, F&B vendors etc. which help grow the business for both the partners. - Product Features: Work with product teams to design and implement product functionality that makes more rides available to transit hubs and cancellations are minimized so that both customer and partner experience is improved. Capture feedback from customers to improve existing product and help build product functionality that makes the customer experience with Ola world class. - Operations: Transit hubs require smooth operations on ground which requires pulse on ground on both customer and partner experience and employ product and ops initiatives to help improve both.
