Description: Research Manager Electric Mobility

Ola Mobility Institute is looking for a bright, sincere, self-driven and hardworking researcher to join our Electric Mobility team as a Research Associate/Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be an integral part of the OMI team that informs business decisions and policy making, and advances discourse on the Electric Mobility domain in India as well as globally. The scope of work includes :

- Preparing concept notes for new studies including end to end project related actionables and deliverables.

- Conducting relevant socio-economic policy research, market surveys on issues and developments around electric mobility.

- Preparing project proposals, reports and presentations related to projects. Contributing to white papers, issue briefs, policy briefs, reports, blog posts, and opinion editorials.

- Supporting the team with background research on various topics, and other broader activities as required.

- Supporting the team in creating a robust database for the EV sector.

- Supporting the team in any other day to day activities.

Required Attributes and Qualifications :

Experience: 3-4 years of experience of working on electric mobility and transport related projects.

- Qualifications: Masters Degree from a recognized university/institution will be preferred.

- Strong written communication skills with an ability to write and comprehend effectively

- Strong data analytics skills: comfortable with handling of large data sets

- Strong analytical research skills - ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both orally and in writing, with fluency in English

- Highly organised and detail-oriented thinker
