Process Excellence Manager
Description :
Job Description : Process Excellence Ola Store/Ola Food
- Study the Supply Chain related processes at warehouses, Dark stores, Dark Kitchens in the city, and suggest backend changes to improve the efficiency of the existing processes.
- To reduce perishability and work towards a process which would help in reducing the stock losses and improve availability of stocks by optimizing the stock levels.
- Drive constant problem solving at the warehouse/delivery hub, Food kitchen and Ola Stores and program manage continuous process improvement involved in receipt, dispatch and continuous stock taking processes.
- Understand and improve the procurement processes for improving the availability of the stocks at optimum cost to ensure the competitive edge in other dependent activities.
- Work with operations teams to ensure that the hubs are following the processes standardized as per the process defined and achieve complete process adherence.
- To create Business Process flow, Identification of pain Point , FMEA and design robust future business processes.
- Program manager delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
- To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in the Grocery unit of Ola Store and food kitchen.
- To ensure high levels of Root cause data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit
- To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems.
- To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks.
- To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in implementation of ERP, BRD preparation of Microsoft dynamics for supply chain modules would be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have excellent document writing skills - SOP, Business case and Business Requirement documents.
- Good understanding of FSSAI requirements and audit experience.
Desired Skills :
- Certified Green belt /Lean certified with more than 8 years of experience in Supply chain and FMCG with e- commerce experience will be a plus.
- Experience / Knowledge in SQL, Python & R. Strong in data and analytics & making data backed decisions.
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
- Highly analytical with Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of business and technology and Must be willing to learn - Strong bias for Action
- Communications and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust up, down, and across the company`
