Providing legal opinions on several aspects of the FEMA.   - Worked in the field of banking and finance.  - Handle a range of work in the relevant sphere.  - Ability to demonstrate strong negotiation and advocacy skills and hands on experience in negotiations on commercial / Legal clauses in contracts.  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with different levels and cultures throughout our multinational organization   - Monitoring compliance with the applicable statutes.  Qualification : LL.B. from a top law school  Experience : 5 - 10 years. Prefer start-up or law firm experience
