Job Title: BU IT leader

Group
- Act as an advisor to business partners to shape their strategy regarding technology and ensure they are aware of IT service offerings.
- Participate in development of business strategic planning and IT strategic planning
- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
- Maintain a customer-focused outlook and ensure the delivery of IT projects as per organizational priorities and industry dynamicsPromote business projects and value to the IT leaders and community.
- Help de- ne and communicate new services to support business needs
- De- ne, prioritize, and manage program and project initiatives. Tracks ROI for business initiatives including cost, bene- ts, and risk.
- Lead in the development of business cases requiring IT-based solutions.
- Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological initiatives in line with business priorities.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
- Assists in the development of metrics used to track value delivery
- Provides details on cost, value, and opportunity to optimize IT spend (initiatives and support services)
- Communicates business needs with appropriate IT solution teams to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities
- Establishes initial vendor relationships and maintains a forward-looking view of vendor direction. Interfaces with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirements
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry and technology trends, and makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies
- Maintains knowledge of multiple business functions and initiatives to identify where con- icts/synergies exist between technologies and business functions
- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
Industry Exposure Required : Product technology, Industrial
Experience Required : 15-20 years;

- Think strategically and stay on top of tactical execution by balancing both.Think big and find ways to simplify.
- Results-Oriented and demonstrated the ability to manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects from concept, scope, planning, estimation, project management, and deployment.
- Solid technical fundamentals, ability to convert business requirements into technical spec and design.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and third-party service providers.
- High level knowledge of IT systems and processes within the hospitality industry
- Experience with IT project management
Qualifications Required
- Degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study Previous experience as IT leader; managed large scale end-to-end projects
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals
Age Group :40-45 years
