Job Title - Lead Vendor Management Department Human Resources

Responsibilities :

- Identify, Assess and Onboard new vendors in association with the procurement team meeting the exacting standards of the organization.

- Undertake regular assessment and rating of vendor performance ensuring proper alignment with business objectives

- Liaise between Compliance team and the vendors, ensuring all relevant data and documents are provided for audit and all audit objections are liquidated by the vendors in time.

- Manage and handle all employee processes like on-boarding, off boarding, validating of data and query management.

- Ensure data robustness and accuracy with the help of a team meeting the business SLAs.

- Ensure error free and timely processing of data to the payroll team ensuring timely delivery of payroll to all the off-roll employees.

- Manage and maintain MIS and reports for business and stakeholders including Monthly dash boards.

- Undertake review of the entire vendor management function build in synergies and imbibe best practices to bring in cost optimization whilst retaining quality output.

- Monthly cadence with HRBPs, TAs, Vendors and Compliance for smooth coordination

- Lead for all Vendor Operations in HR Service Centre and SPOC for all organization level projects in HR.

- Train, develop and build a high performance team of 2-4 members

Skills Required :

- Minimum 12 - 15 years of Vendor Management experience.

- Experienced in managing vendors, undertaking and coordinating vendor audit with the compliance team, Engaging the vendors, Creating a win-win situation for the vendors and the organization.

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in any discipline.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
