To accelerate this, were investing nearly Rs 2,400 crores to build the worlds largest two wheeler factory, which will have the capacity to manufacture over 10 M electric two wheeler a year and will create over 10,000 jobs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activity and managing the team to deliver on business objectives and recruitment numbers.

- Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs.

- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating : - Existing and future talent requirements.

- Defining Critical roles and Core competencies

- Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports

- Ensure commitment to SLA, individual and team performance metrics

- Ensure adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure accurate reporting

Experience & Skills:

- Professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication skill

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Experience working with a diverse workforce

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practice

- Project and People Management Skills

- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills

- Excellent people management skills

- Analytical and goal oriented
