- Primary role would be to actively aid the functional team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
- Explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
- Create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives

- Experience in minimum three Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Profile Management, Recruiting, ELM, Security – in this case since requirement is for Payroll, experience in Payroll and Security is a must
- Should have Knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula
- Must be experienced in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Should have experience in high level familiarity of Oracle Fusion HCM /Payroll tables Oracle Human Capital Management -> Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Oracle Fusion HCM),Oracle Human Capital Management -> Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (Oracle Cloud HCM/ Oracle Cloud HRMS)
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in the engineering; ICWA or CA
- Oracle certified preferred
- Minimum 10 years post education experience
- Minimum total of 3 Oracle implementations experience. Minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion implementations experience.
- Minimum of 1 large scale (preferably telecom) implementation experience
