Description:

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. This role will be aligned to the Finance team wherein you will be partnering with them at a group level as an HRBP

2. Drive people agenda like performance and talent management, year-end appraisals, succession planning, recruitment and compensation benchmarking

3. Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the Finance team

4. Proactively working on various initiatives to improve the efficiency of the finance team (for example: digitization of processes etc.)

5. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure a positive work environment

6. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering

7. Look for ways to proactively improve and enhance processes

8. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction

9. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions and projects and ensure timely completion

10. Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within HR organization

11. Strategic Thinker /Change Management Skills - Processes, Policies, Training and systems.

12. Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical and operational work

13. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement

14. Handling the entire employee lifecycle managing workforce planning, engagement, performance management, talent management, onboarding, training and exit of the employee.

Experience & Skills :

1. 5 10 years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, compensation

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Project and People Management Skills

4. Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills

5. Analytical and goal oriented

6. Strong Bias for Impact Based Action - Ola works at a very rapid pace and this is what would be expected

7. Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership

8. Past/present exposure of partnering the Finance team will be an added advantage

9. Willingness to work beyond what is the minimum expectation of the role
