We are one of India's fastest growing startups with many firsts to our credit.   Key Responsibilities :  - Monitoring the overall performance of leasing portfolio of the city.   - Ensure data consistency and updation on a daily basis on the monitoring system.  - Identify various flags and monitoring glitches and coordinate with Relationship Management Team to resolve them.  - Data interpretation and generation of various reports for both City Head and Monitoring Head.  - Understanding and defining the problem through collecting data from various sources.  - Designing and conducting in-depth data analysis using traditional and advanced methods in a cost effective manner.  - Interpreting and analyzing data using a variety of numerical and IT tools.  - Presenting the findings to management, preparing reports and making suitable recommendations.  - Maintaining knowledge and staying abreast of news, trends and monitoring the effect on business.  Key Skills & Experience :  - Overall of 0 - 2 years with strong pedigree from IIT (full time).  - Should have excellent analytical ability, strong number skills, and a clear approach towards problem solving.  - Should also possess good communication skills as most them have to write reports or present complex concepts and strategies  - Need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated and familiar with the workings of the economy, business and markets.   - Should have good knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint and standard statistical packages.  - Should be able to do data crunching, data analysis  - Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.  - Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders.   Qualification :  - Full time Engineering from IIT or BITS or NIT only
