- Lead the daily management of activities and overall function of Food Safety & Quality Assurance Department

Key Result Areas :

- Collaborate with R&D Team to identifying the types of Raw Materials and developing Specifications and Quality parameters (Technical, Physical, Chemical, Microbial) for both RM and PMPlan, Coordinate, Implement and monitor all food safety and quality assurance programs and activities, provide quality-related technical services, oversee special projects as assigned, Departmental Budgets, Turnover, safety and in review of product quality and process control issues

- Defining and custodian ingredient & packaging specifications

- Develop Process for R&D Stage Testing and Bulk Production Testing as per the Products and Product Lines

- Directly involved with R&D Team, Plant Production Team, Plant Quality Assurance Team, Delivery Kitchen Operations Team

- 100% complaince to food safety and adherance to FSSAI regulations

- Develop the R&D Process and SOP's Formats

- Develop Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures at Manufacturing Plant, Delivery Kitchens, Supplier Locations to ensure Safe, Consistent and best in class quality of Products & Services Develop the Process and SOP's for Bulk Manufacturing

- Provide oversight and monitoring of operational processes for compliance with company policies and procedures to include, but not only limited to GMP but also SSOP, HACCP, CCP, PQSOP and other regulatory and company pre-requisite programs, audits (internal & third party) and supporting company FSQA programs (RM, PM, Manufacturing Processes, Chilling, Packaging, Labeling, Storage at Warehouse, Storage at Delivery Kitchens, Transportation, Assembly, etc.)

- Collaborate in Procurement Process to define the Procurement Process of Raw Materials including developing and implementing Supplier Verification Process, Supplier Registration Process, as per the Specifications defined at the R&D Stage Develop Guidelines for RM Receiving, Storage, Processing and Returns

- Development of SOP for Weighing Balance Calibration - Internal & External
