Job Purpose : Responsible for the portfolio design, growth and profitability of a category of brands

Key Result Areas Key Deliverables : KPIs/Metrices

- Responsible for the portfolio design, growth and profitability of a category of brands

- Research and Insights Own the market and consumer research, competitive intelligence and trend mapping to mine actionable insights

- New product development Own the design and development of new products and categories in collaboration with the R&D team Collaborate with NPD team

- Launch and Rollouts Responsible for the phase wise launch of products/brands across the network of kitchens post achieving product-market fit Collaborate with Central operations, City Managers and Training teams

- Product Availability and Quality Ensure product availability and quality in co-ordination with the supply chain, training and quality teams Work with central supply chain

- Revenue Growth and Gross Margins

- Drive revenue growth across the phases of the brand : launch, growth stage and steady state Work with revenue and marketing teams

- Collaborate with revenue and planning team on pricing, promotions and inventory planning

- Drive favorable category margins through pricing, discount and COGs optimization

- Brand development and management

- Lead the brand development for the entire portfolio of brands across identity designing, concept development and positioning

- Responsible for launching the brands and increasing the awareness through advertising, brand led innovations and other actions. Build and sustain the mental availability of the brand leading to higher recall and consideration at the moment of purchase

- Responsible for building the market share for the portfolio of brands and sustain the growth through brand and marketing interventions consistently by building compelling propositions for the customer
