Key Deliverable :
- Responsible for the portfolio design, growth and profitability of a category of brands
- Own the market and consumer research, competitive intelligence and trend mapping to mine actionable insights
- Own the design and development of new products and categories in collaboration with the R&D team
- Responsible for the phase wise launch of products/brands across the network of kitchens post achieving product-market fit
- Ensure product availability and quality in co-ordination with the supply chain, training and quality teams
- Drive revenue growth across the phases of the brand: launch, growth stage and steady state
- Collaborate with revenue and planning team on pricing, promotions and inventory planning
- Drive favorable category margins through pricing, discount and COGs optimization.
