Role: City Head- Ola Fleet Technologies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Managing the P&L of the entire City (currently 250cr+ & growing exponentially)
- Driving our city P&L that include (City Sourcing, Partner Relations/Account Management/Partner Performance, Inventory, Legal, Process Excellence, Quality, Safety, etc). City teams will work at the city level with Commercial Finance, RMT operations as well.
- Formulate & shape the Supply strategy for OFT in the city
- Strategize & Manage Asset & Partner Portfolio to ensure higher utilization and hence better profitability
- Work closely with regulatory authorities to ensure smooth business operations
- Work closely with OEM partners to drive multiple business metrics
- Set & drive SOPs for Asset Health management to drive profitability, increase partner satisfaction & increase asset life
- With a city team under him/her, the incumbent will drive all specific KPIs expected from the city such as- Scale, DAC, Profitability, cost quality, Compliance, Safety, Maintenance, Inventory team metrics at the city levels. His team will also drive central initiatives that keep coming from ANI or OFT Program Management Offices.
- Running Loyalty/ engagement programs and initiatives that will make reduce the weekly turnover rate of our Driver Partners.
- Supply marketing initiatives specifically acquisitions of new channels on partners, geographies and in particular the cities that need exposure and investment in this area.
- Own Operations Excellence through implementing best in class Processes & Quality programs through structured interventions
- Specific central projects that will help improvise our key metrics such as (new KPI- s), TAT, NPS cores.
Qualifications and Skills required:
Desired Portfolio: OFT is positioned as a strategic supply chain asset creation for Ola, a person with strong fundamentals in this area is preferred along with Operations. In particular

Year of Exp: 8-10 year max in above industries, shown growth through picking up challenging exposures within operations and area of domain( within our outside the company(s).
- IIT/ IIM equivalent.
- Leadership Skills
- Very solid people management track record since this is a capability building role. Also able to understand how unstructured roles will move and to be retained since the OFT teams are still nascent in terms of their roles.
- Passion to work in a large scale chaotic start-up environment
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels to achieve business goals
