Responsibility: - Manage full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience. - Screen resumes and interview candidates from both active and passive markets to determine qualifications. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates via sourcing methods. - Facilitate interview with interviewers and hiring managers. - Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process - Attracting suitable candidates through job boards, social media, referral etc. - Engage with candidate till joining. Must have skills: - The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a Corporate environment. Hiring experience in high growth startups. - Strong Sourcing Skills. Demonstrable ability screening candidates for profile fit and close candidates - Experience sourcing both the passive and active candidate markets using effective sourcing practices.
