Ola Electric - Business Monitoring Analyst

Role Brief

- This role would entail performing activities to support the Go-To-Market team. Will conduct validation, consolidation, cleansing, reporting and analysis of data and act as a point-of-contact between the strategy and the field team. Will also assist with market research for new regions of sale, run a trend and forecasting analysis and data crunching for existing markets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Working closely with stakeholders

- Geneate insights from sales data and report trends / patterns

- Assist strategy and planning teams in making data backed decisions

- Work on extensive datasets, validating, mining and crunching them to solve business problems

- Exposure to CRM and ability to provide insights on customer behavior

- Prepare reports such as sales tracking, monitoring, expense analysis and lead generation / new business forecasting

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to procure and import data

- Properly segment data for evaluation and analysis purposes

- Work directly through all levels of management and take ownership from data research to insight generation and implementation.

Experience & Skills

- Upto 2 years of proven experience in analytics / sales and marketing, especially exposure to global businesses

- A keen eye for aesthetics and details and strong creative and analytical thinking skills

- Familiarity with design software and technologies, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

- Strong ability to decipher and implement sales strategies

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Should have knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, R programming, Tableau, or similar

- A proven team leader with the ability to manage a talented and young team

- Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset

- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment

- Strong Relationship & People Management Skills

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multitasking and deal with multi stakeholders.

Qualification- B.Tech (Computer Science, IT preferred) / B.Tech (any) with professional course in Analytics
