Director - Business Operations

- Strategize, implement, and maintain initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

- Develop assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring goals are reached

- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

- Manage teams for optimal ROI, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Develop and manage budget and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

- Work with other stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome risks, and produce reports for management and stakeholders

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirement :

- Master's degree in business administration in Supply Chain, Operations from a Premier School

- 10+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with Business Operations management experience)

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

- Previous stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in business writing, writing business plan documents, root cause analysis, cost and benefit analysis etc.

- Interpersonal communication and team management

- Ecommerce , D2C Industry Experience
