Work Experience:











10+ years of experience in the field of Analytics of which at least 4 years of experience managing teams.




Seasoned leadership experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field is mandatory 




 Experience in working with Product companies with large scale Internet companies is mandatory






 






Educational Qualifications:










Engineering degree from premium universities only. MBA a plus.

- You should have great clarity of communications, prior experience of mentoring teams, focus on people development and assessment, leading to a high-performing and effective analytics team. 




- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills 




- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all key aspects of a typical product line - product, marketing, operations, and finance.
