- Employee Grievance Handling

- Conducting various employee engagement initiatives

- Change Management

- Working with regional and corporate HR teams to deliver business aligned HR initiatives

- HR MIS and reporting for identifying trends

- Identifying possible gaps and creating a mechanism for fixing the gaps

- Employee Engagement and communication

- Performance Management
