1. Design & build process, execute the process with team, Define SLA & KPI for the same
2. Build a team to run the day to day operation ; Manage and review the performance of team & process in timely manner
3. Continuously strive for process improvement i.e cost effectiveness, increase in output nos, productivity and quality
4. Follow result oriented approach and iterate the process/execution for improving process
5. Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work to TL,QA, Trainer and should review periodically progress on the same proactively
6. Take active part in conducting pilots and build sustainable process around learning of pilot
7. Plan and execute project for cost reduction in current process, disruption initiatives
8. Should be able to build a team from scratch including hiring and training, drive performance by leading a team AM, QA, TL, Trainer and be able to supervise monitor and groom support staff for leadership roles, keep a track of team performance
9. Drive team performance as per business objective & strive for higher targets on time to time basis
10. Actively involve in sales process improvement and product pilots; Suggest changes required in product to improve process performance i.e AHT reduction, % sales conversion,
11. Reduction in acquisition cost, % conversion
12. Work on multiple process at same time and guide your team members to excel in all process
