Ola Cabs - Manager - Operations - Loan Disbursement Process (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible to coordinate with the lending partners (banks, NBFCs) and drive the loan disbursement process, unblocking KYC and approval process and ensure that loan amount is received by the applicant on-time.

The candidate will play a key role to achieve the monthly target of gmv creation, set up the process of field collection in pan-India and drive the collection for the EMI dishonored customer base.

About Role:

1. Maintain relationship with the lending partners to execute the credit disbursement within the promised timeline to the customers

2. Improve the credit disbursement process by liaising with the customer and lending partners to bridge any information or documentation gap

3. Build a team of advisors to execute the process through them, motivate the team to achieve the daily/ weekly/ monthly targets of disbursement

4. Build a team of vendor managers to drive the field collection process, meet collection targets for business and continuously improving the process to increase the ROI

5. Deep dive into the default customer base to find out propensity to pay, enabling the team to build day-to-day collection strategies to drive vendor performance and their payout

6. Create an environment of high performance and high employee engagement leading to better retention of the employees

7. Drive performance metrics by analyzing data, handling customer escalations and working with cross functional stakeholders to execute product and process related initiatives

8. Responsible for overall profitability of pre-sales channels. Responsible for maintaining proper hygiene factors in all the channels. Timely updates of market competitor activities through regular MIS.

1. Actual TAT vs SLA of credit disbursement

2. Collection ROI

3. CAC / disbursement

Experience:

1. No. of years - 4-5 years of experience in secured business loan / LAP sales / OD

2. Type of experience - Experience into direct channel & advisor handling, vendor management

Educational Qualifications:

1. Must have - Graduate with Finance and Sales as Major

2. Good to have - MBA in Finance / Operations
