Job Description: As an AM - Training, you'll lead a team of trainers who deliver training program to a plethora of audience. Your work will impact Operations with every batch of trainees. You will be expected improve agent capability by ensuring each training program achieves its learning objectives, while driving operational efficiency across a portfolio of scaled programs (e.g. NHT program, Refresher training program or Nesting Program) Great just isn't good enough for our team (We are "Ola Care"). Responsibility: - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectation - Deploy a wide variety of training methods - Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them - Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary - Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices - Lead and coach a dynamic team of Trainers. Be a great people manager, attending to morale, engagement, and career development needs, and work with them to ensure professional development over time. - Partner with teams across Ola care and Outsourced partners to ensure offerings are aligned with business needs. - Support measurement strategy to ensure data-based approach to evaluating and improving offering - Manage outsourced partners by ensure effective delivery of Training metrics whilst maintaining overall hygiene Requirements: - Relevant work experience in training as a people manager - Track record in designing and executing successful training programs - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals - Good computer and database skills - Bachelor's degree/PG in education, human resources or relevant field
