Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (From Automobile Industry)

- To accelerate this, we're investing nearly Rs. 2,400 crores to build the world's largest two-wheeler factory, which will have the capacity to manufacture over 10 M electric two-wheelers a year and will create over 10,000 jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activity and delivering on business objectives and recruitment numbers

2. Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs

3. Collaborating with line managers in evaluating: -Existing and future talent requirements

4. Coordinating interviews with Line managers & selecting the right talent

5. Defining Critical roles and Core competencies

6. Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports

7. Ensure commitment to SLA

8. Ensure adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure accurate reporting

Experience & Skills:

1. 10-15 years of experience required in recruitment skills (sourcing, screening, Scheduling, till on-boarding)

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Analytical and goal-oriented

4. Hands-on experience in MS Excel, & recruitment tools
