JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for designing, building, supporting & growing HR IT eco system for Ola Corps. This role will work closely with business user to understand growth opportunities and increase adoption of existing technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements
- Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors modules, including Goals, Performance, Recruiting, onboarding, Compensation, Employee Central, Core HR, Workforce Analytics, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) & downstream integrations. Assist SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the Olas needs
- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to design & implementation integrations with different downstream systems Ability to configure SuccessFactors modules & generate reports as per business needs.
- Assist business stakeholders to improve enhancement of SuccessFactors Adoption across different business processes
- Ability to drive internal and external audit for HR IT system including SuccessFactors
- Experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
- Understanding and suggest improvements to business process requirements based on industry best practices
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS
- Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Core HR , Goals ,Onboarding , Workforce Planning and Analytics.
- minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science from a recognized education institute
- At least 8 years experience in HR business process design and development
- Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships
- Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
- Showcase ownership to resolve / coordinate issues within SLA
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
