Job Title - Senior Executive HR Compliance Department Human Resources

Desired candidate profile:

Education: MBA/MSW/PGDM/ Graduation (any discipline)/ Preferably Labour Law Management equivalent course.Good communication skills as this role would be interacting with multiple stakeholdersAt least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of statutory compliance.Well versed with S&E, Gratuity, PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other Labour Laws.

Job Overview.


Maintaining statutory compliance as per the laws of the land, on employment and social security schemes and directives of the Ministry of Labour & Employment.

Responsibilities and Duties.

- Fulfill the statutory requirements on timely basis with respect to applicable labour laws.Pan India for all legal entities of all the required licenses under applicable labour laws.Handle Pan India for all legal entities Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & annual returns under applicable labour laws. Pan India for all legal entities Statutory remittance towards ESI, PF, PT & LWF on timely basis as required (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual) and maintain the Statutory remittance track.


- Statutory complacence related follow-up for documents internally & external within the group.Finding the gaps in Labour law compliance and preparing observation and recommendation on over all compliance under Labour Law.Ensuring the necessary forms, notices, and documents displayed under the various Labour laws and make necessary changes as per new notifications.


- Attending the new joiners Induction related statutory compliance. Facilitate employees online process to getting Transfer in, Transfer out, Withdrawals & Pension Claims.Facilitate the employees in getting ESI benefits (Accident Claims and Medical claims etc.)Handling HR Help desk email queries of PF & ESI related Employees & Ex-employees.


- New joined employees documents fallow up and UAN & ESI IP creation.Handling PF withdrawal, Transfer activates, Data corrections & Death claim settlements.Approving KYC, Transfer & Basic details in UAN portal with DSC, Preparing the documents in handling inspections by statutory authorities.Assistance at the time of inspection/search/enquiries conducted under the act.


Labour Compliance Audit :


- Preparation of Compliance Audit document and Attending the AuditCLRA and contractors compliance audit and prepper the Audit observation reports under applicable labour laws


- Detailed audit report with high-medium-low risks categorized and mitigation steps


- Evaluate registrations applicable under the labor laws


- Evaluate displays under all applicable Acts


- Assess statutory payment under all applicable labor laws.


- Evaluate status of exemptions as applicable under all labor laws


- Evaluate status of registers maintained under applicable laws


- Evaluate submission of returns under applicable laws on monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ annual basis as applicable.


- Evaluate response to Inspections and consequences


- Detailed audit report with high-medium-low risks categorized and mitigation steps
