- Conduct daily sunrise meeting with team and communicating what has happened yesterday , key challenges & priority for day as well as motivate team to achieve defined target, Effective , motivate team effective communication - Work closely with manufacturing production planning team to prepare production demand forecasts - Arrive daily, weekly &amp; monthly delivery schedules align with production demand forecasts for suppliers based upon defined inventory ,safety , SOB norms. - Communication of delivery schedule and getting acknowledgement for receipt of scheduled and dispatch plan. - Monitor of @ supplier-raw materials, production and dispatch of material against delivery schedule - Monitor parts inventory at OEM plant including in- transit and proactively raise alarm in case of abnormality. - Regular follow up with supplier, transporter to ensure delivery of materials at OEM plant - Ensure 100 % adherence to SOW/SOB as defined by category and commodity buyer. - Period assessment of Supplier Capacity and escalation to commodity buyer. - Plan &amp; Adherence of supplier visit / Journey cycle to - Work closely with 3PL &amp; inbound logistics team to optimize cost of packaging &amp; transportation. - To ensure comparative analysis of different suppliers, analyze supply patterns and inventory levels of existing stock. - Staying up-to-date on market changes that can affect the supply chain - Identify, implement and track cost savings projects in cooperation with company stakeholders and the finance team - Drive compliance with procurement processes, procedures and best practice initiatives
