OLA - Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Processing tax accounting, invoices, claims etc.
- Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- Performing third parties' and bank reconciliations.
- Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
- Reporting to Finance Manager regarding budget and company guidelines adherence by various entities.
- Managing vendor relations when & wherever required.
- Knowledge in Oracle R12/ Fusion is must
- Experience in Posting entries and Accruals,
- Experience in General Ledger Reconciliation,
- Intercompany Accounting,
- Preparation of AP GL
- Review of Prepayment Register
- Review of Monthly Expenses accounting based on KPI Variables
- Review of Balance sheet Reconciliation
- Preparation of Monthly Accruals
- Hands on Experience in vendor Reconciliation
- Knowledge about preparation of Working Capital
- Team Handling Experience
- Reconciliation of Prepaid Schedule
- Good Knowledge about AP Process
- Experience in working with cross country stake holders
