We are a young VC funded startup (in stealth) working on the next generation communication platform that will connect the next billion people who will come online. We are essentially looking for hustler who understands how consumers think, talk and behave and has sharp business acumen someone who has experience working with consumer internet business in a growth role.
Role & Responsibilities :
- You will proactively seek, identify, and evaluate innovative opportunities for user acquisition growth
- Work closely with Product team to identify key customer segments, channels, define and measure clear conversion metrics
- Analyze various app metrics to continuously improve priorities growth specific initiatives
- Create and manage funnel conversion tests, and assist product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias
- Work closely with our acquisition marketing team to hit our monthly acquisition targets
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Personality Requirements :

- You must: love psychology, love data, love interacting with people. A lot.
- Curious and open mind
You will NOT:
- Be spending your budget on - online advertising- to reach your customer acquisition goals - be creative!
Requirements :
- 2-4 years B2C experience in product marketing or demand generation (preferably startups)
- Education from a tier I institiute
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly analytical and data driven, with strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
- Experience applying customer funnel analysis, rigorous A/B testing, data mining and analysis tools to optimize campaigns, test growth theories and make new customer acquisition channels work
