- Analytics, Campaign Performance measurement, ROI Measurement, Tagging and tracking strategies
- Setting up CRM for lead management system and automation
- Monitoring & analyzing consumer behavior on our application (adoption, usage, drop-off performance etc.)
- Develop and implement data acquisitions and cleansing activities to keep marketing database up to date and market relevant
- Construct realistic and effective database marketing strategies that drive Demand generation while improving the overall value of Digital campaigns.
- Support in all targeting, scrubbing, segmentation and any tracking requirements defined by the business to touch the right customers through data analytics and data mining
- Work with the marketing & sales team to manage the flow of data into an integrated database and back to the business to meet marketing and analytical requirements
- CRM, Email Marketing, Lead Nurturing and Lead generation, Campaign management, Customer Targeting, Segmentation,
- Oversees relationships with marketing, advertising, PR and interactive agencies related to all digital marketing campaign (Product Based or Solution based campaigns)
- Campaign planning to ROI calculation for all marketing campaigns, Reporting on campaign ROI
- Support lead nurturing programs and lead conversion metrics
- Send daily, weekly and monthly reports to the upper management team.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of overall experience with product companies of which 1+ years preferred with consumer internet companies
- Strong business, analytical and problem solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive execution by taking ownership
- Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work in resource constrained startup environment.
- Good knowledge of Mixpanel JQL(preferred)
