OKR Performance Manager

UpMan Placements is hiring for one of our esteemed clients from the Pharmaceuticals industry.

Role - OKR Performance Manager

Location - Hyderabad

Role Description:

- OKR Framework Implementation: Support the ED in the implementation and rollout of the OKR framework across the organization, to ensure its consistent, clear, and aligned with strategic goals.

- OKR Alignment and Cascade: Work closely and collaborate with leadership and department heads to align and cascade organizational goals into departmental and individual OKRs while ensuring they are SMART.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress towards OKRs at various levels.

- Performance Analysis: Analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate OKR performance, highlighting achievements, areas of improvement, and recommendations for course correction.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine the OKR process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and individual contributors, to obtain buy-in, address concerns, and provide support in implementing and achieving OKRs.

- Performance Reviews and Feedback: Facilitate regular performance reviews to evaluate the progress of OKRs, provide feedback to individuals and teams, and recognize outstanding achievements.

Required Experience / Expertise:

- MBA in business administration, management, or a related field with 5-6 years of experience in OKR implementation and performance management within mid to large organizations with business complexity.

- Strong understanding of goal-setting methodologies, performance measurement frameworks, and data analysis techniques.

- Very proficient in data analysis to derive meaningful insights from performance data, accurately while ensuring high quality work.

- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Project management will be desirable.

- Familiarity with OKR software tools is an advantage.

- A learning mindset, stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to business performance management.

- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional leadership teams.
