Responsibilities

As a business analyst, you would be analyzing the transactional data entered by the merchants using OkCredit. You would be expected to find insights and discover hidden trends about the users using the app. Help identify business categories of users and analyze different behaviors depicted by them. Overall help build a better understanding of the users and guide towards customization of the app for specific use cases. Further, identify next use cases that the product teams can work on. You would be working closely with the product team and helping them better understand the users and shape the product for their needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or related discipline

- 0-2 years of experience in Analyst role

- SQL Knowledge and Hands-on experience is a must

- Experience with one or more coding and/or scripting languages; Python, R, STATA, or MATLAB.

- Knowledge of statistical methods, particularly in the areas of modeling and business analytics

- Advance Excel

Additional Good to Haves:

- Experience using 3rd-party analytics tools like Mixpanel, Segment, Firebase Analytics etc.

- Understanding about micro/small business dynamics
