Senior Analyst: Media insights
Role :
- The Senior Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing ROI of digital campaigns by integrating and analysing digital performance datasets.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for activities that include setting up and implementation of performance reports, ensuring compliance to media taxonomy, ad-hoc deep-dive analyses and writing a visual narrative of what works and what doesn't.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker, results and detail oriented.
- You must be a self-starter, have demonstrated ability to influence decision makers with data, be comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytics techniques.
Responsibilities include :
- Dealing with media and website data, ETL, QC, automation
- Designing and implementing dashboards on Excel/Tableau/Power BI
- Working with other countries to set up media/ web performance reports on Excel/ Tableau/ Google Data Studio/ Power BI
- Interpretation of results in business context and presenting to key stakeholders
- Monitoring media and web data governance to ensure standards are being followed
What we are looking for :
- 2 or more years of experience in analytics/strategy roles with exposure to multiple digital media channels (not just PPC)
- Good understanding of digital media platforms (social, search, display) and web analytics (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics) including tagging/ tracking/pixels
- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and analyzing the same (eg. GA, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Sprinklr etc.)
- Experience in creating dashboards from scratch (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
Desirable but not essential :
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong coding skills with R/ Python
