Ogilvy - Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics

The Senior Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing ROI of digital campaigns by integrating and analysing digital performance datasets. The successful candidate will be responsible for activities that include visualizing, setting up and implementation of performance reports and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker, results and detail oriented. You must be a self-starter, have demonstrated ability to influence decision makers with data, be comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytics techniques.

Responsibilities include :

- Hands-on work and managing day to day deliverables on time

- Interpretation of results in business context and presenting to key stakeholders

- Dealing with multiple sources of data, ETL, QC, automation

- Designing and implementing dashboards on Excel/Tableau/PowerBI

- Ad-hoc deep dive analysis

- Developing POCs for new concepts

What we are looking for:

- 2 or more years of experience in analytics/strategy roles with exposure to digital data sets

- Good understanding of digital media and web analytics (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics)

- Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and analyzing the same (eg. GA, facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Sprinklr etc.)

- Strong SQL skills

- Experience in creating dashboards from scratch (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)

Desirable experience:

- Coding skills with R/ Python

- Experience with Google Tag Manager
