Offline Marketing Lead - Startup - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI/TISS/IIFT

A Stealth Mode Start-up is looking for exceptional individuals to lead its Offline Marketing in Bangalore.

As a Marketing Lead, he/she would be responsible for:

- Brand building and marketing strategy

- End to End ownership of P&L, strategic brand partnerships, exclusive launches.

- Dealing with multiple stakeholders, managing partners.

- Planning & execution of ATL & BTL campaigns

- Responsible for entire Marketing management including development & implementation of annual business plans, target setting, budgeting, development of 360 degree marketing campaigns (including, TV, digital, radio, outdoor etc).

- Generating leads for various business units through targeted campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- MBA degree from Tier 1 B schools

- 5-9 years of experience in building a brand and customer experience portfolio.
