Responsibilities :
- Driving overall growth & revenue across channels through one or more business verticals
- Will work closely with central growth, business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives
- Owning the complete P&L responsibility
- Responsible for contribution of upto 50% of revenue generation
- Lead end-to-end growth planning and execution for the brands
- Planning and driving channel-wise growths and Go-To-Market for the categories of given business units
- Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives & daily sales operations - e.g. storefront/sale-events management, pricing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation
- Provide product acumen to better build suited offerings to customers.
Background :
- Educational background - Graduation, MBA is preferred
- 6+ years of experience working on growth, strategy and execution
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Love for problem solving & impact orientation
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer group towards common objective/goal
- Experience in managing a team
- Ability to strategically plan, but also have hands on approach
