Officer/Senior Officer - Operation & Legal Support - BFSI

Position- Officer / Senior Officer - Legal Operations.

Location - Bangalore.

Qualification- MBA / LLM / LLB.

Key Aspects of the job : 

Central Registry - Keeping track of client documents etc.

Operation and Legal Support - Collection and checking of the list of documents meticulously (one by one) such as Title Documents, Revenue Documents, Court documents and Tax Receipts etc.

Business Support : Drafting offer letters by placing the structure and the deal information appropriately and providing executed offer letters to all South RM's.

- Following up with client for collection of payments, Liaison with client and internal team for the day to day requirement of the transaction.

Office Administration - Maintain office administration viz., stationary requirement, attendance registrar, executions registrar, vendor's bills are organized and submitted to the accounts dept.

- Facilitates the conference call, video conference call, travelling and personal meeting with the clients, company representatives etc.
