Job Purpose-
- Preparation and participation for HR committees.
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units.
- Support to achieve the business plan in collaboration with the recruitment team and participating in interviews up to AM candidates
- Participating and ensuring training plan identification and deployment for employees with Managers & training SPOC.
- Support employees in their individual development plan.
- Active participation in deployment of PMS process for employees as per company guidelines.
- The monitoring of HR performance indicators in place.
- Create sustainable performance for the company based on team motivation.
- Assisting and maintaining the social climate of the business vertical thereby achieving the organizational climate
- Actively lead & participate in Engagement initiatives and be part of people process related CFT to improve employee satisfaction & motivation
