JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overall accountability for the following tasks related to corporate accounting, compliance and finance

- Creation of the required accounting systems oversight of the production of the accounts and coordination with internal and statutory audits for all organizations, including the fund's portfolio firms.

- Compliances, such as those pertaining to Gift City/IFSC, PPM, or investment compliances, such as those involving IC/AC meetings; investor relations; tax preparation and filing;

- Monitoring the protocol of secretarial work;

- Internal controls to provide the essential risk management, checks and balances, and asset protection for the business.

- HR-related tasks include processing payroll, forecasting cash flows, managing daily cash flow, and establishing credit limits.
