Responsibilities
- Staff management including but not limited to onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, termination.
- Broad accounting responsibilities including expense reporting, tax filing, facilitating quarterly/yearly audit, payroll management.
- Employee welfare and responsible to administer benefits.
- Maintaining office budget, account reconciliations, managing petty cash.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to management.
- Work with management to define office policies and procedures and work towards their enforcement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contracts and perform price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage travel arrangements for employees.
- Help with HR work and recruiting. Proficiency in using linkedin and other sourcing tools will be a big plus.
- Working with recruitment contractors, managing funnel and providing visibility into conversions.
- Work as a recruiting specialist helping candidates thru the process, help with interview coordination and ensure a great candidate experience.
Salary Range: 10-20 LPA
