Business Development Manager
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably working with SMEs and/or selling to the manufacturing or infrastructure sector
- A proven track record of developing and maintaining business relationships with senior-level stakeholders in client organizations, with experience leveraging a network of contacts to generate new opportunities
- Demonstrated knowledge of different lead generation strategies and tactics, in-depth market research, and the ability to align leads with the company's focus
- Experience developing and presenting proposals, developing sales contracts, and managing negotiations and contracts with clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to achieve a common goal
- A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats, and operate with minimal supervision
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, an MBA is preferred
