Business Development Manager - NBFC/ Banking Background/ Business Loans
- Souring leads as per the target segment suggested by team leaders and as per Risk Bible.
- Conduct a minimum of 2-3 meetings per day with new clients, convince them for one of the OXYZO product offering, sharing financial data and bring them into OXYZO valuation process.
- Collect relevant financial data from the client for OXYZO evaluation/underwriting process for a working capital limit.
- Facilitation of Personal Discussion by Risk team members and the clients. Post the same, collect relevant financial data for resolution of queries of the Risk team.
- Understand evaluation/underwriting methodology and philosophy from team leaders and Risk team members.
- Drive commercial negotiation and ensure closure of the same with the client as per the sanction released by the Risk team.
- Facilitate loan/limit agreement execution with support of post sanction team while ensuring client support for the process.
- Ensure smooth disbursement with support of the Disbursement processing team by collecting the required documents from the client
- Maintaining a healthy client relationship and ensuring that all OXYZO due payments are received on or before respective due date.
